Most insurances accept online counseling appointments the same way they accept in-person appointments
This means that you may be free to choose to have your counseling appointments in person, over the phone or over a secure video call using your smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer with a webcam and internet at no additional cost to you!
We use Telehealth by Simple Practice over the same system we use to set appointments online. On your computer, it’s as easy as clicking a link from your appointment reminder email. If you prefer to use your smartphone or tablet, you can use the same link. You will need to have the Telehealth by SimplePractice app installed to enter the video call from a smartphone or tablet.
